- Copy of IT PAN and one cancelled cheque of the applicant entity.
- Constitution of the applicant (Sole Proprietor/Partnership/LLP/Pvt. Ltd. Co./Ltd. Co.).
[Proposed Partnership/LLP/Private Ltd. Co. are not eligible].
- E-mail ID & mobile no. of the applicant.
- GST RC copy of the applicant entity – MANDATORY
- MSME Certificate - MANDATORY if the applicant is a MSME unit as per MSME Act.
- Last 3 years Balance Sheet & P&L (complete set)
- Last 3 years ITRs and Balance Sheets of the Promoters/Directors/Partners
- Net-worth based on last audited financial statement- certified by CA. ( By Statutory Auditor With UDIN )
- Turnover based on last three audited financial statement- certified by CA. ( By Statutory Auditor with UDIN)
- Brief Description of the project-as per 4.9 Form-9 of the Brochure.
- MOA, Incorporation Certificate & List of Directors & Shareholders with percentage shareholding certified by CA - in case of company, Partnership Deed (Form-A & Form-B) /LLP Deed in case of Partnership firm/LLP.
- Bank Statement of last 1 months of the applicant(s).
- Bank Liquidity Certificate of not more than 6 months old from a nationalized/ scheduled bank in
accordance with 4.4 Form No.4 of the Brochure. (Liquidity certificate on bankers letter head)
- Background of the promoters and experience in the proposed activity.
- Copy of all applicable registrations, licenses, and approvals in the proposed activity.
- User ID & password of Nivesh Mitra, if any.
- List of Share Holders in case of Pvt Ltd Co (By Statutory Auditor with UDIN).
- List of proposed Customers ( If Any)
- Copy of Order in Hand ( if Any)
- Background of the promoters.
