The closure of the company usually takes atleast 3months and more if the process is complex and the closure of company process is an online process. We can also check company closure list from MCA reports and all the details shall be made in the form of STK-2

Required Documents for Closure of a Company

  Essential Documents

• Indemnity Bond notarized by Directors (STK 3) is required.
• Statement of latest accounts are required.
• Statement of accounts containing assets and liability of a company which is audited by CA is required.
• Affidavit in form of STK-4 is required by every company.
• Special resolution and consent of 75% of members are required.

Optional Documents

• Bank account closure certificate is required.
• PAN Card of the company is required.
