Note: After the incorporation, the ROC issues a Certificate of Incorporation that contains the company's address, similar to that is available on the proof submitted for the registered address. Please ensure that the address of the premises on the NOC matches the address on the utility bill.

This is the limit of capital which a company or LLP can raise as per requirement. The government fee depends on the authorised capital/Contribution.

Paid-up capital is an amount that first shareholders shall be contributing to the company initially. Please note that this amount is required to be transferred from shareholders to company Bank A/c before starting business operations.

The Company or LLP must be registered at an address, which shall be referred to as the Registered Office. We need the complete address, One proof of the premises where the registered office shall be situated. A No Objection Certificate is also required.

You can incorporate company on a communication address without filing any document of registered address & NOC

Kindly note that for companies incorporated on a Communication address, make arrangements to file registered address proof and NOC from owner in Form INC-22 within 60 days of incorporation.Learn More. Further note that without filing the INC-22 the company can not start its operations.

Please note that the registered office should not be older than two months at the time of filing the documents for incorporation. Hence you should submit the latest document only.

The owner of the premises must submit a No objection Certificate (NOC) in favor of the promoters allowing the use of premises for registration of the company.
